LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1055)
Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a mid to senior level litigation associate to join their expanding Trial Practice Group based in South Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation, with a background in derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other corporate litigation issues. Knowledge of regulatory or criminal enforcement organizations is beneficial but not mandatory. The candidate should possess strong advocacy skills, excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Admission to the NJ Bar is required.
