Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Portland. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong desire to grow professionally and contribute to the firm's success. The role involves managing a litigation caseload independently, working cases from beginning to end, and collaborating closely with other attorneys and paralegals. Regular court appearances and depositions, as well as client communication and status report provision, are part of the job responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Oregon, and have at least 1 year of experience with insurance defense litigation. The role offers exposure to practice areas including commercial automobile/trucking litigation, catastrophic PIP claims, production liability, and general liability insurance claims.
