Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking talented and driven mid to senior level Litigation Associates to join their Litigation group. This role offers exposure to a wide range of litigation matters across industries, the opportunity to take on substantive and client-facing assignments, and gain invaluable experience and professional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. Qualified candidates will have experience litigating in both state and federal court, managing e-discovery processes, navigating discovery disputes, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting fact and expert discovery. The successful candidate will be adept at collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and handling the nuts-and-bolts of litigation. Candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.
