LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1241)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior-level attorney (JD years 2020-2022) to join their team in Salt Lake City as an associate in the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and editing orders on various motions, taking and defending depositions, and attending various legal proceedings. Strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a judicial clerkship for a U.S. District Court, Court of Appeals, or state Supreme Court. The role requires a dynamic, highly motivated attorney, eager to learn and gain valuable experience in a busy, collegial environment. While the position primarily supports the Salt Lake City office, there will be opportunities to work with attorneys in surrounding western region office locations. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where they are admitted to practice.
