Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an employment litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join their dynamic employment law practice based in Portland. The ideal candidate will have a background in employment litigation and other employment-related matters, possess strong writing skills, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. The role will primarily focus on employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class action matters and arbitrations, but will also involve providing support for a range of employment issues and assisting clients to stay current on emerging employment law issues.
