Description
Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry, including casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports. The ideal candidate will have a background in drafting and arguing discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, and possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. Gaming regulatory experience is preferred, and representation in the tribal gaming space is a plus. The candidate should be adept in case management and ready to take the lead. Admission to practice in a state where the firm has an office is required.
