Description
Our client, a full-service law firm recognized in the AmLaw 100, is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in Houston. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, with at least two years of experience in insurance defense litigation, encompassing medical malpractice, case management, motion practice, discovery, and actively handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Texas Bar is mandatory. The firm's General Liability Practice includes over 600 attorneys nationwide, known for successfully defending significant exposure cases across various general liability areas. They handle a wide range of property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured entities. This role is suited for candidates with substantive litigation experience, particularly those who excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
