Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of business litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in complex business litigation across state and federal courts, including extensive experience with discovery processes, drafting legal documents, conducting and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. Preferred candidates will have experience with arbitration or trial preparation and must demonstrate strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Applicants should hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
