Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Orlando. The ideal candidate should be an effective legal writer and oral advocate with substantial experience in complex business litigation across state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing discovery processes, drafting legal documents, conducting and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and participating in settlement negotiations. Experience with trial preparation is preferred. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an exceptional work ethic, with comfort in direct interactions with partners and clients. Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
