Description
Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly with an interest in administrative litigation related to oil and gas pipelines, electricity regulation, and enforcement actions at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational and writing skills, be admitted or eligible for admission to the DC Bar, and possess strong analytical abilities with a proactive, supportive, and team-oriented attitude. This position is a promising opportunity for those looking to advance on a partnership track in a practice that deals extensively with regulatory and policy disputes across various federal agencies.
