Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking a lateral Litigation Associate with 5-8 years of experience in diverse litigation matters, particularly in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have experience across federal and state courts, and familiarity with the Department of Justice will be considered an advantage. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, drafting motions, managing discovery processes, and analyzing complex legal and factual issues. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor junior associates, requiring strong team management skills. Applicants must be proficient in research, writing, and organizational skills, and must be licensed in D.C. or eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar.
