Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Litigation Practice in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial and/or employment litigation, with additional experience in copyright and/or trademark litigation being advantageous. This role offers the flexibility to work in Spokane or remotely, provided the candidate can be present in Spokane as needed. Essential qualifications include a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, strong academic credentials, an active Washington State bar license, and excellent communication, research, and analytical skills. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
