LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1774)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience to join their Litigation Group in Washington, D.C. This role involves focused reading and writing, crafting arguments, and mastering various areas of law. The ideal candidate will have strong research and advocacy writing skills, experience with drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and appearing in federal and state courts. A J.D. degree and admission (or steps towards admission) in Washington, D.C. and Virginia are required. Experience with antitrust matters is a plus.
