LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1848)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal court practice and/or a federal clerkship, along with prior experience at a large law firm. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or be able to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
