Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Orange County office. This global Am Law 50 full-service law firm has over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, with a strong focus on litigation since 1927. The successful candidate will support partners in class action defense and disability access discrimination claims, particularly under the Americans With Disabilities Act and California state accessibility standards. This role offers significant professional growth through direct partner and client interaction. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, including discovery stages, motion practices, and trial preparations, with a preference for experience in class action defense and disability access discrimination claims. Strong time management, verbal communication, writing, research, and analytical skills are essential.
