LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1912)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Madison, NJ office to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with defense litigation experience, eager to grow professionally and contribute to the firm's success. The associate will work on a variety of practice areas, including general liability and professional liability insurance claims. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus), and possess 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Preferred qualifications include experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload independently, collaborating with other attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients.
