Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Kansas City office. This role involves collaborating with partners, associates, and clients in a dynamic litigation practice, with a focus on expanding regional and national insurance litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and exceptional research and writing abilities. A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school is required, along with admission to practice in Missouri or Kansas, or a willingness to be admitted in both states within the first year. Preference will be given to candidates with strong academic credentials, judicial clerkship experience, law review involvement, and a demonstrated ability to support complex litigation.
