Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Chicago office. This Am Law 50 full-service firm, with over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, has a robust litigation practice that has been a cornerstone since 1927. The role involves all aspects of business and commercial litigation, including antitrust, creditors' rights, banking, construction, communications, insurance, intellectual property, products liability, professional liability defense, real estate, environmental, securities, white collar criminal defense, and trust and estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience, including discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation, with a strong proficiency in brief writing and class action defense. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois State Bar and possess excellent verbal communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
