LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1980)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate for their New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a preference for those with class action and multi-party experience. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and have experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts. Prior experience with large cases or at a large firm is preferred. Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bar is required.
