LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2034)
Description
Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to join their business and securities litigation practice groups in Palo Alto. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, including strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and a background in complex commercial litigation, business torts, and internal investigations. Candidates should have practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm, possess project-based experience, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-level assignments while producing superior quality work. Experience in technology litigation, securities class action defense, corporate governance, and company disputes is preferred. Applicants must be admitted to the California bar and have a high level of academic achievement from a reputable law school. The successful candidate will join a dynamic office within a nationally prominent Litigation practice.
