Description
Our client seeks an associate with one to five years of experience in class action, commercial, and financial restructuring litigation for their Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, along with strong research and writing skills. Candidates must embody core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The role involves handling high-stakes litigation for sophisticated clients globally, with a focus on achieving their end goals through regulatory advice or litigation.
