Description
Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Fiduciary Litigation Associate for their Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Dallas offices, with consideration for candidates licensed and practicing in Florida for their virtual office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation. Experience in contested probate administration, trust administration, guardianship cases, will contests, and related estate planning controversies is essential. The role involves working with the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit, requiring excellent academic credentials, community commitment, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
