Our client is seeking a litigation attorney for their Albany office, specializing in complex public policy issues such as health care, environmental and energy law, economic development, government procurement, gaming, and insurance. The role involves representing clients in high-profile public policy matters and frequent interaction with government agencies. The office also boasts a nationally recognized First Amendment practice. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in complex disputes, including pleadings, motions, and e-discovery, along with excellent academic credentials, strong communication, and client service skills.
