The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to both case negotiations and trial work, and a continual interest in learning cutting-edge legal theories. Candidates with a portable book of business and growth potential are highly desirable. The role requires strong interpersonal and verbal skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
