Description
Our client, a recognized national leader in business dispute litigation, is seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse workload independently and as part of a team. A strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility are essential. Admission to the Nevada bar and a willingness to participate in community and professional organizations are required.
