Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of experience for their Tampa, FL office, specializing in policyholder insurance coverage work. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen interest in insurance recovery, and extensive research and writing experience. Excellent analytical, written, oral, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with superior academic credentials from an accredited, top-tier law school. Membership in the Florida Bar or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar is required. Judicial clerkship experience is valued but not mandatory.
