LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2240)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 1 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a creative, pragmatic thinker who takes initiative and excels at solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings in court, and try cases is preferred. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively as a team member and possess strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in The Florida Bar, or the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida, are required.
