Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology - Franchise & Distribution practice. This position is available in Philadelphia, Short Hills, Seattle, Chicago, and San Diego. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm, a strong academic background from a respected law school, superior research and writing skills, and case management experience. Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar in the state they will practice or be eligible for admission via waiver. Essential skills include strong analytical and writing abilities, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
