Our client seeks a midlevel associate to join its Chambers-ranked litigation practice, with opportunities to work in either Houston or Dallas. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, trade secrets, real estate, securities, contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience, a solid work ethic, excellent academic credentials, and must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
