LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2302)
Description
Our client is seeking a 3rd-4th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will be a commercial litigator with exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, capable of handling commercial matters in state and federal court. Experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery, is essential. Candidates must have a strong academic background, a bachelor’s degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school, and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar.
