Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in its San Francisco office. This role involves general commercial litigation, with potential involvement in intellectual property litigation and labor & employment disputes. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, and experience with depositions and court appearances. Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent academic credentials. A judicial clerkship and California bar admission are required.
