Description
Our client is seeking a new associate to join its litigation group in Orlando. This role offers a unique opportunity for a strong associate to be part of a fast-paced team at an AmLaw100 firm. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in various aspects of commercial litigation and business torts, including real property litigation, banking, creditor’s rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, business valuation, merger litigation, and governmental zoning and land use litigation. Candidates should be adept at taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and possess strong written and oral advocacy skills.
