Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team in San Diego. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of litigation services across various industries. The team, known for its fast-paced and collaborative environment, handles all aspects of litigation, including consumer protection and products liability. Attorneys in this office provide counsel to manufacturers nationwide, dealing with single-plaintiff claims and mass action litigation, and serve as national coordinating counsel in state and federal courts for cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, and more. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of significant litigation experience, particularly in products liability and breach of warranty, and must be admitted to the California Bar. Strong advocacy skills, academic credentials, and a proactive approach to case management are essential.
