Our client is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of general litigation experience to join their Education group in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have trial preparation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience, along with exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. A strong academic record, professional success, critical thinking skills, and a desire to work in a team environment are essential. Experience in a big law environment is preferred. Candidates should be self-starters, comfortable with client interaction, and licensed to practice in Alabama.
