LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2505)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Boston office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of meaningful litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting, with a background in drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Experience in class action defense, financial services, and/or bad faith insurance litigation is advantageous but not required. Candidates must possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. The office is conveniently located in the Financial District, offering access to major commuter transportation and nearby green spaces.
