LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2543)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join the 4th through 6th year class in its Complex Litigation group in New York. The ideal candidate should have four or more years of commercial litigation experience, strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, and familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and New York Civil Practice Law and Rules. Experience with depositions and court appearances is a plus. Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent academic credentials.
