Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a preference for those experienced in asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, and personal injury defense. The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to handle sophisticated legal issues in state and federal courts. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school is required, along with an active bar license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to contribute to a growing regional and national litigation practice.
