LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2557)
Description
Our client is seeking a fourth- to sixth-year Associate for their Litigation practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on complex litigation issues, including state and federal court motions, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals. Successful candidates will have argued motions, taken and defended depositions, and possess trial experience. Strong writing skills, strategic and analytical abilities, and experience overseeing junior associates and paralegals are essential. Experience as a lead associate in complex commercial litigation and case management is required, with federal clerkship experience preferred. Candidates must have solid academic performance and be in good standing with the PA State Bar.
