Our client has an immediate opportunity for a litigation associate with two to four years of experience to join their fast-paced, multi-faceted litigation practice group in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and experience in researching and drafting various legal motions. Additional qualifications include experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery for complex matters, preparing cases for trial, and participating in evidentiary hearings or trials in state or federal courts. The litigation practice group offers a collegial atmosphere with opportunities for professional growth and advancement, fostering a high-performance environment rooted in mutual respect and teamwork.
