Our client, a 35-lawyer AV-rated firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 1-2 years of experience in a major firm, top academic credentials, and strong legal writing skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a smaller, flexible environment and may have federal clerkship or U.S. Attorney’s office experience. The litigation practice covers appeals, business torts, contracts, corporate governance, employment law, franchise, intellectual property, officer/director, qui tam, real estate, securities, shareholder disputes, trade secret, and white-collar matters. The team is known for its diversity, strong credentials, and courtroom experience, with a reputation for excellence in the Atlanta legal community. Associates will have immediate, substantial client contact and responsibility across a variety of cases, with clients ranging from local business owners to national corporations.
