LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2653)
Description
Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Denver office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, depositions, motions practice, settlement negotiations, and client communications. An active Colorado bar license or a commitment to obtain one is required. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, with additional experience in administrative matters and arbitrations being beneficial. Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
