Description
Our client is seeking a litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) to join its Insurance group within the Business & Commercial practice group. This role is open to California-admitted lawyers, with a preference for those willing to work in the Los Angeles office. Candidates must have a JD and be admitted to practice in California, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in law firm insurance litigation. Key competencies include expertise in coverage analysis, drafting coverage letters, investigating cases, drafting discovery demands and responses, litigating coverage disputes, and extensive experience with court hearings, mediations, and trials. Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
