Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in general commercial litigation, focusing on insurance coverage analysis, litigation, and class actions. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage, bad faith suits, or class action litigation. Strong academic background, legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
