Description
Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will support complex commercial litigation and government enforcement practices, possessing strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Experience in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions is required. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is strongly preferred, and a former clerkship with a federal district judge or circuit court is a plus.
