Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level litigation associate with three to six years of experience to join its growing, Chambers-ranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have Delaware Chancery Court experience, particularly with shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other governance issues. Experience in commercial litigation and/or securities litigation is advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials. The role involves representing a diverse range of clients in complex litigation across Delaware’s Chancery, Superior, and Supreme Court, as well as Delaware District Court. An active bar license in Delaware or a willingness to take the Delaware bar is required.
