LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2776)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have experience with government investigations, complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including managing discovery, drafting court filings, conducting depositions, and preparing witnesses. Preferred experience includes mediation, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and trial preparation. Candidates should also have experience with internal investigations, corporate compliance, and defending clients in enforcement actions by the DOJ and other regulators. Experience with the DOJ or a U.S. Attorney’s Office is a plus. The role requires a dynamic, motivated lawyer with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, holding a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
