Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified 4th - 6th year litigation associate to join their Commercial Litigation group in the Orange County office. The ideal candidate has experience in both state and federal court, researching and writing, drafting and leading hearings and motions, taking depositions, and general litigation support. The Dispute Resolution & Restructuring Department serves a wide variety of clients in connection with many exciting and challenging matters in a dynamic environment. The team is comprised of high-performing, creative-thinking trial lawyers. This position offers an opportunity for greatly accelerated professional development, working directly with senior members of the group, and requires a desire to do the work necessary to capture that opportunity. Candidates must be barred in California, have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have experience conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, witness preparation, and taking/defending depositions.
