Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of business litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the Delaware State Bar, or the ability to promptly obtain admission in Delaware, are required.
