LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2824)
Description
Our client seeks a full-time associate attorney to join the Litigation Department in its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, with additional experience in insurance defense and/or creditors rights litigation being advantageous. Candidates must possess strong verbal communication and writing skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school is required, with preference given to those with strong academic credentials. Relevant experience includes representing insurers in litigation involving commercial and personal lines policies, analyzing coverage questions, preparing opinions, and litigating coverage claims through discovery and dispositive motion practice.
