Description
Our client is seeking an associate with excellent academic credentials and 4-6 years of patent litigation experience to join their dynamic Intellectual Property and Technology practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners across the U.S. and will be a key team member, assuming significant responsibility and client contact. Responsibilities include litigation focused on patents, trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition in federal courts and before the USITC, drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, working with experts, assisting with discovery, preparing for trials and hearings, and engaging in dispute settlement strategies.
